Bank to bank, autopay
Tenant links their bank once. Pulls on the 1st. Cheapest for you, zero fee to them.
Card
Debit or credit
Processing fee passes to the tenant, so it never eats your margin.
Venmo
Business profile webhook
Tenant pays your FRDM business handle. The note carries a unit code, the payment matches itself.
Cash App
Cashtag with a reference
Same pattern. Their cashtag is stored on their profile, so even a bare payment matches.
Chime
Bank transfer with memo
Lands in the operating account, gets read off the transaction feed and matched to the unit.
Worth saying out loud. Venmo, Cash App and Chime are consumer rails, so the match is done on the
memo plus the stored handle rather than a true landlord API. It is reliable, and anything it cannot match
lands in a short review queue instead of silently disappearing.
